And I feel really giddy, I cant see properly, am i just feeling weak or is there reason to worry?

I went at around 10:30 I normally go in the night since that is when I have the time

Dehydrated, or maybe some mineral/vitamin defficiencies? Try to up a bit your magnesium intake (bananas would be cheapest I think, but wild fruits like berries and so on are good also), and calcium intake (milk and milk derivated food).

In addition to making sure you're properly hydrated, it's also possible that your heart rate is way too high, and you haven't spent enough time cooling down. Walk around, stretch, move around for a while. Don't just sit in one place.

Perhaps your, um, workout partner was a bit rough with you in the shower afterwards. How is Drago doing, anyway?

I think your blood sugar is probably low, and you feel good from the endorphines released when you work out.
