I just got back from seeing Don Rickles perform....

it was one of the single best live events I have ever seen in my life (and I have seen 100s and 100s of them). He was hilarious from the opening bell to the closing curtain. I am so glad I got to see him perform before he passes.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been front row seats. He brought a few people on stage and I don't think missed singling out anyone in the front row.

I would love to see Don Rickles live. These other jokers poking fun have no idea what they're talking about.

He seriously just ripped through people. At 80+ years old, he was like a man among children. And he had amazing stories with intense heart and emotion behind them. He definitely lived a great life and enjoyed it along the way.
