I just formatted a hard drive with Partition Magic and need help

It's a secondary hd. In PM it shows that it is dynamic and it has no drive letter, under my computer is shows to be drive e:.
 
Why not just reformat it using My Computer? The Volume label can be changed or applied anytime.

I use P/M 8, but not for that purpose.
 
If you're using XP then it's a cinch. Go to Administrative Tools | computer Management | Disk Management.

Right click your blank drive and choose format. During the process, it will ask you what type of disk you want it to be, drive letter, and asks you to format it (something like that)

After XP recognizes the WHOLE drive then use PM to create logical partitions.
 
I suggest using Disk Manager but make sure it is not detected as a Dynamic HDD, instead ensure it is configured as Basic HDD.
