I just finished watching Old School

i thought it was funny. im in college, so perhaps thats why it appealed to me more. of course, you could very well be in college also and not have the same affect. oh well, to each his/her own.

yeah, it really wasn't that funny. neither was american pie 2, dumb and dumberer, legally blonde 2, or any other comedy this summer :|

I'm guessing you mean american wedding but...

yeah, there really was no stand out good comedy it seems this summer...
 
I think it depends largely upon who you see it with... if you watch it with some very "laughable" friends (preferably with some alcohol), i bet you'll be having stomach cramps from laughter after the movie is over 🙂

Sure, you will have a good time, but drunken laughing doesn't make a movie "good."

.... Your first mistake was expecting that to be remotely entertaining, let alone funny.




And the movie was hilarious.
 
I'm not in college and I didn't watch it with friends, but I still found it very funny. I think Will Ferrell is hilarious. Just hope his movies don't get too political or politically correct, like Adam Sandler's. Then he'll no longer be funny.
 
Old School is downright HILARIOUS. Take the movie with a grain of salt. It's meant to be ridiculous, so if you're looking for well written, subtle deep comedy, you ain't going to get it.

Also, American Wedding was the best comedy of the year. HAND DOWN. Stiffler is fantastic. And those strippers... oooh la la
 
it was hilarious...the best line was will ferrell "no really I can't got a big day tomorrow...the wife and I are going to HOME DEPOT"
 
Old School'd gotta be on my top 10 comedies...if you didn't think it was funny, there's something wrong with you!
Loved the cinder block dropping part...almost died laughing...
