I just finished "The Order of the Phoenix"

I'm reading it now, on like page 360 something...not so bad so far, lot of plot, hopefully it'll lead to something good...don't spoil anything for me though 😉

yeah. it leads to some very good sh!t. dont you worry!

I realize it's a kids book and I'm used to much more challenging fare, but I was irritated that she took the cheap way out by distancing the character from Harry's life before offing them. Whatever, I still enjoyed it.

jup, the book was pretty schweeeeeeeeeeeeeeet, although kinda similar like the last books.

* THERE IS A SPOILER FROM guyver1 * DONT SCROLL DOWN JOSH!

no spoiler, just if someone wants to spoil something beneath me.

Heh, what a coincidence, I just finished reading it about an hour or so ago!!

****SPOILER GAP****

I can't really see now how killing off Sirius will do any good, as over the past couple of books, that's what's been giving Harry the "will" to go on, so to speak. Now with him gone, what's there for him to look forward to? Other than fvcking Cho or Hermione of course 😉😛

****END SPOILER*****

Confused

its a good book... i do wish though she would learn to be a little more succint. I enjoyed how she has made the characters evolved into the adolescent twits that most teenagers are....they do stupid stuff for emotional reasons... kind of like Guyver01

LOL, I think its obvious now that Harry really doesn't care for Cho anymore, and the feeling's mutual on her part. Also, Hermione just ain't Harry's bag, ya dig? I think she's gonna be Ron's girl eventually (hell I could even see her goin' out with Neville!) Anyway, I think Harry and Luna Lovegood would make an interesting match and...wait...WTF WHY AM I TALKIN ABOUT THE LOVE LIFE OF 15-YEAR OLD WIZARDS??? 😕...

BTW I think Harry will still be talking to Sirius through the veil, or they'll figure out a way to get him back or something...

Harry will end up with Ginny I think.
Luna will be back I think.
Harry is crazy not to try something with Luna. I bet she is wild.

Luna Lovegood sounds like a porn star name.

That being said, Hermione and Ron will end up together. Harry and Ginny would make a good couple, and that way Harry would marry into a cool family. Luna is too whacked out for Harry, but she'll play a part in the next couple of books.

What do people think about the chance that Rowling will continue the series past the seventh book?

Good book. I prefer Books 4 and 3 though. I hated Cho though. Ugh. She needs to grow up. That said, Harry needs more than that "one night stand" with her. At least in book 6. Although chances are he'll end up with Ginny eventually.

I actually would like to read some books in the view of Draco Malfoy 😀 But yeah, it would be interessting if she would write about him, being an Auror. Also, in the far future, Malfoy vs. Potter is kinda like Voldemort vs. Dumbledore.... kinda.

agreed. i also liked how she tied up a lot of loose ends at the conclusion of "The Order...". I found out a lot of information which is damn useful in understanding it all. I bet Sirius and Harry chat somehow. Ginny Weasely said herself that if Harry wanted to do something, he simply needed the will to do it. He wants to talk to Sirius. He'll find a way.

not at all. Voldemort vs. Potter is the only true fight. They are equals. Did you read the book?
