I passed a background check!

This means that I officially have a job starting 4/6 at 8am. I was scared because I do have a pretty bad criminal record. Nothing violent and nothing related to theft....just long.

I am so geeked! This means that I get to move closer to my son!!! I already found a place and I move in next weekend. Its a kickass place in a really nice part of town.

God is being very kind to me lately.
 
that's awesome man, congrats! i was really unsure of passing my background check too, but only cause i have horrible credit.

I'm interested though: what sort of stuff that's not theft of violence goes on a criminal record?

Eh, understandable- sounds like things are about to get more stable/less stressfull so I'm sure it'll be easier in the future.
