I just deleted all 10 gigs of my MP3's...

If I deleted all my mp3's, I'd have to re rip the entire collection from cds again, and god knows how dusty they are sitting in my closet, I don't wanna have to pull them out again.

Umm, you're Canadian... As long as you stick to the ruilings by only downloading, its legal.

You already paid for it when you bought cdr's and mp3players. 😛

Once you have them you are fine... the illegal part is actually getting them. If they have records of you downloading them, you will get busted whether you have them or not.

how do you feel about all the time you spent downloading said mp3s?

man, that SUCKS! i would never have deleted them if i were you. no one said you have to be Dudley Do-Right!!

Dammit Stefan! <Vader>noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo</Vader>

You must not be listenin to good music.

Bingo. If you had a GOOD music collection, you would have stuff like remixes and live performances that you can't find on iTunes or the local music store.

May they RIP, if it weren't for music and movies there would be no reason for me to have 500 gigs of hard drive space.

Ok, I generally can't stand remixes and live performances don't do much for me. My music collection now defaults to "NOT GOOD"? 🙁

intentionally.

I've decided to rid my system of all illegal content. Everything is freeware and stuff that I've purchased.

That should make the baby Jesus happy
