i make a lot more money than you, and yet: i've been to the movies once this year. i eat out about once a month. i've purchased less than a dozen drinks at a bar this year, though i like to drink. i drive a 15 year old car. i live with 3 other people. my biggest expenses of the year have been birthday and x-mas gifts for my GF. i would consider myself on the poor side of getting by. i repeat: all this, and i make a lot more money than you.
i might buy a new car within the year, but i am really on the fence about doing it, because it's a lot of money to spend while i'm young. i think that should give you a clue about how far out you are with your spending. come to grips with the fact that you are dirt poor despite mooching off your parents. you can't afford to go out. you can't afford a new car. if you gave all of that up, you could only just barely afford to live in an apartment with roommates and eat ramen noodles. so stop living like you are anything other than starving, and you might find yourself saving a little bit of money every month instead of flushing yourself farther down the toilet.
you haven't told us how far upside-down you are with the car. and i'm assuming you are upside-down, since you're obviously foolish enough to get into an upside-down situation. but if you are upside-down and don't have cash to pay the difference, you're in big trouble, because you can't sell the car without the title... and you don't have the title... and selling it won't give you enough money to even GET the title... so obviously you better keep driving it until you have enough cash to get out of that mess and get a 1980's corolla with bald tires, which is what you should be driving.
