I think a lot of people judge it before giving it a fair chance. Take it, fry it and eat it with hot rice & some scrambled eggs. mmmmmmmm, it's the other not so white meat Maybe thats why its popular in Hawaii, nobody bashes on it. That and Hawaii had a huge military influence during the war and one of them was Spam. Thats what Sam Choy said on the Food Network anyway...
