I just ate some yogurt that had an August 7th sell date...

No Lifer
It smelled fine and tasted fine. Hope I don't have to ride the crapper all day because I rode my bike to work today and it would suck having to ride home feeling like that.

Update: Well, I didn't die and I didn't spend all morning in the bathroom either. Thanks for all your kind supporting posts during my time of need though. It's really touching how much you all care. 😛

no problems

you know yogurt is rotter milk, it can't really go bad

this is simliar to sour cream

the yogurt is going to gestate in your stomach, creating a living creature that will eat its way out and devour you from the inside, starting with your delicious soul.

MWOHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I have no soul. 😉

The upside is, the cars will probably give you a wide berth if they notice you have brown liquid spraying out from behind your bike.

Uh, yes, it can go bad. It can get moldy, and I sure as hell don't want to be ingesting mold.

AFAIK, the only "food" that doesn't go bad is honey.

It'll start to smell funny/taste funny. Sometimes the color will change a bit. The mold in blue cheese is induced by combining mold spores and rennet to the milk. It's not "old" cheese, or anything. It hasn't gone bad.
