I love the boss fights, especially where you fight the gheist. I love it overall and it was fun ! finally done. now on to ME:2 🙂

I disliked this game a lot. Also it got me motion sick. The stupid bobbing up and down shit just made me despise this game.

Graphics were pretty good though. OR at least they seemed good.

After playing ME2 you'll realize what a steaming pile wolfenstein was.

I'm a wolfenstein nut when the first one came out since the dark ages. Wolf 3D got me started in the PC gaming world. So in that case, i'm just bias or I just simply enjoyed the game because it's polished and very entertaining.

🙂

How does the /feel/ compare to RTCW? I really liked the gloominess RTCW had in most of the levels, and I dug spending a lot of time in 1940s Europe. Is the new one like that?

I would think that RTCW has more a gloomy scary feeling, which is awesome when it was released. Compared with the new wolfenstein, it's more of a supernatural/otherworldly feel touch in it. Not so much gloomy. There will be a few levels such as a cannery and hospital that might touch the scary/ghost factor, but not as much as it would on RTCW.This game is just a bit different.

I'll post some screenies when i have the time 🙂

But as for the 1940s feel, yes you will see it when you travel to different levels. I really enjoyed how the developers did a good job making it look great as for the buildings/structures and what not.

Cool. I intended on getting it regardless of your answer, but even if the creepiness of RTCW isn't there, I can get into the European scene. I've played every Wolfenstein since the original on a friend's Apple 2][. If nothing else, I'd have to get this one for the sake of completeness :^D RTCW is still my favorite SP FPS. They brought everything together right for that game imo.
