It's Thursday. My anus hasn't gotten any crap-action since Sunday. I ate a bowl of mini-wheats last night, going against my Atkins induction, but I'm worried about my crap and why it's afraid to come out into the real world. I went into the restroom @ work about 30 mins ago and tried to pinch a couple out... nothing.

What exactly is an edema?
