Jackson was also in "Hail Caesar" - I haven't seen it but any movie that rates under 3 at IMDB is a stinker.
This is a problem with your reasoning. I have liked several Disney features. And it has been pointed out what is a bad movie to some is a good movie to others. There isn't going to be a good way of defining this for everyone unless you use something concrete like box office figures. Even in that case, it can be argued that some low-grossing movies were quite "good" in the artisitic sense. The argument then is an impossible one to make.
Then what defines established? I thought he was excellent in Contact, The Negotiator, Proof of Life, The Long Kiss Goodnight, and esp. in The Green Mile
And he's always going to be Dr. Morrison, in my mind, from St. Elsewhere.

Training Day sucked major ass, though, as did Pay it Forward for Spacey.
