They really messed up my bills....
1. overcharged me
2. charged credit card when not given permission
3. over charged on installation.

I tore their heads off.......

Their reponse.....

Free service upgrade to 20/5 service
Reduced TV service cost....
No longer owe last installation fee
Free DVR for year

Was supposed to pay $96/month +tax (no free DVR, 10/2 internet)....
Now reduced to 79 a month (before tax). It is now cheaper than comcast.

I :heart: verizon now

this is the equivalent to suing for damages and being happy about it when you win.

except verizon is pretty good about these things (their retention dept. has given me tons too) even without making a huge scene.

I got my fiostv service installed a month ago and noticed on my first bill I got overcharged for a number of items. Unfortunately, I can't seem to get anyone on the phone to talk to. I just get put on hold forever. I've tried 3 times, the longest being I waited for an hour before finally hanging up cause I can't just sit on the phone all day. Grrrr
