You guys want some? I have no idea how big any of those are, if they work, etc. I don't even have systems to TEST most of that anymore.

Whats the capacity of those DIMMS? Might want to ebay those modules since they are for the most part 168PIN modules right? Whats the capacity of those little puppies? I remember selling some 72PIN DIMMS on ebay that were like 4MB each for like $10 back in 2000/2001. I'm sure some one will buy those dimms if they work, what kind of HDDs do you have there?

Well, I actually disposed of a TRUCKLOAD of garbage and spare hardware today. I was going to take pics, but didn't feel like it at the time. That's a 1977 GMC 2500 pickup (think twice the capacity of a modern one) FULL of junk.

Most of them will have some sort of number or naming system that can ellude to how big they are and what speed.

The HDD's are my data archive. They range from 20mb to a whopping 2gb, SCSI and ATA.

I *THINK* most of those are like 4mb, maybe 8, a few 16's. There's some SDRAM in there that's like one 32, two 64's, and one RDRAM 0mb stick :p

Been there, tried to do that. Stuff this age... Just doesn't. And when they do, they aren't even consistant within brands.

How do you figure a new GMC 2500 with the same size bed has less capacity?

With all those hard drive platters you should make some roses like that one guy did. Use them to attract a female friend.

Because mine has a double height bed thanks to staking. Suppose I should've mentioned that :p

It DOES have twice the capacity in terms of weight, but with loose junk you won't get anywhere near that.
