Most places dress codes do not allow the men to wear shorts, but, I have never seen a dress code that explicitly forbids Kilts or Various Indian traditional or formal "sarong" type stuff ...

You may be able to find a good loophole. The corporate suits will all congratulate you on your loophole finding, and they will probably try to promote you to CEO to help the business find more loopholes to capitalize on.
