and I can't for the life of me think of some good stuff to stay. There's always the usual stuff, "these two were meant to be together" BLAH BLAH! Anyone got any original stuff or examples of what they said for a best man speech? Thanks in advance for any help 😀

Just say how jealous you are of the groom and how much you want to bone the bride

Start off with:

"Man I never thought this day would come. Especially after that weekend in Vegas where (insert Groom's name here) had that foursome with the showgirls from the Luxor. I'll never forget the look on the cleaning ladies face when he asked her to join in as well"

Don't prepare anything on paper, that always looks lame. Say something funny and embrassing for the groom then flip to how good they are together (a good segway is helpful here). Most importantly, be breif.

Another vote for brief! The last three weddings I was at, the best man launched into a lengthy, rambling speech like it was some kind of acting audition or something. Say something sincere and keep it short.

True story: I was the best man at a wedding one time where, because of general disorganization at the reception, I never even gave the toast I had prepared. Not a single person noticed until hours later when we were getting ready to leave, so don't get all worked up about it.
