I have the idea for the NEW Internet.

Then you make him so he can be in the same area as Earth.(Transparent or something.)
Then you make him no be able move arms, legs, exc.
Then you use his nervous system to be NEW Internet called "MonKeyNet, MKN for short.

It will require $500,000,000,000. No questions asked. Many sciencetist say this great good iDeer.
