Praise be.

I've historically been a night-time shitter. It provided an escape after the kids were down for the night; a brief respite before knocking out our evening chores. Unfortunately, this peaceful moment began to extend and chewed up more time than I'd like, mostly due to doom-scrolling through Instagram reels.

I had to act in order to salvage what precious free time I had in the evening.

The first step was not dropping the kids off at the pool for a day, waiting until the following morning to get into a proper routine. Pain, bloating, discomfort - I persevered.

Next, getting onto a new multivitamin and fiber regimen. I started regularly taking GNC Mega Men multivitamins, cilium husks, and juiced greens first thing in the morning. The trick here, in order to maintain a seamless 'flow', is to not eat after taking the vitamin. No JM Aggie08, you ask -- won't that cause you to shit your entire ass? Fear not, pleb. I have a fairly strong constitution, and the multivitamins unaided by food cause just enough digestive turbulence to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

It's been a few months now, and I'm in and out of the John in 10 minutes, 10AM every day. If I'm at the office, I'll often be listening to my audiobook which can draw things out a bit. But folks, I have seen the light.

I came. I saw. I conquered.

I've never been one to do other stuff while I'm at the stool bus stop. I pull in, open the door, drop the kids off, then start wiping once I figure all the kids made it off the bus. The wiping part is what takes longer. Like trying to clean peanut butter off a shag carpet. Usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. Sometimes I get a good one where it doesn't even require more than one wipe but those are rare. Then I'm out in like 3 minutes.

Come to think of it I would probably be a good candidate for a bidet. Should try one some time.

You know someone was asking me what TMI stood for the other day. Now I have a URL to illustrate exactly what it is!
Was it knowing about how OP changed his poop time, or the specific details of the wiping (and probably dietary) problems Squirrel has?

I shit once a day. Morning. Between 6:30 - 7:30am depending on how much fiber was in my prior meal.

Just take a shower afterward. Squeaky clean.

Bidet? Who the fuck needs a bidet when you have a shower, which is little more than a bidet but for the asshole that is the entirety of you.

This thread brings to mind an older one about 'which direction do you wipe?" lol

Anyway, I would add that Senna is a great natural laxative. It was recommended at my last colonoscopy to take regularly.

Also, the first few times Neprinol is used, you will feel like a lot of fiber is getting squeezed out. That's the fibrin in blood that can lead to blood clots.

As always, discuss with your doctor before trying out a new health supplement product.

Spice up your life -- add a lil nicotine and coffee to the mix to get things a'flowin.
