I have some SETI results, want them?

I ran seti for a few years with another team but since the team has just about all but died i would be willing to throw my support to Team AT. Only thing is I don't run SETI any longer but you could still have my results. I have 4531.

Will it still help since I'm no longer running?

It will help us out in total number of Work Units processed for the TeAm. Any reason why you don't run seti anymore?

The team I was on just kind of went away. I'm not sure what version it was but when I went from 15 a day to 7 it took the fun out of it. We were competitive with each other and what not but some of the top guys stopped running so it just got borring. I was also tired of making sure it was also running all the time , being worried that I was going to get passed.

If you want competiton, join TeAm AT and get involved with some of the races. You will instantly be trying to find other computers to get seti running on.

Of course we want your work units, and would really like you to start crunching again.

Well if you are looking for cometition you came to the right place. OhioDude runs a daily race thread that really gets those competative juices going.

We would love to have your WUs though even if you aren't producing anymore. Once we had a guy (Journey360.com) donate to us his 29,000WUs even though he wasn't producing anymore. Needless to say most of us crapped our pants.:Q He just posted one day and said that he owuld leave them with us and we wouldn't see him again probably and we haven't. Don't worry your contribution would be just as apreciated as his was and it would help a lot. I'll even crap my pants if it would make you happy.

I got plenty of PC to run on. Well 3 anyways. I have a P4 1.6@2.1 ( just a few weeks old) my old 550 katmai and a p200. Not sure if the wife wants me to put it on her 700@933. She complained about it when she used the 550 that it was making the PC freeze up on her.

I'll move my WUs over for now and then see what happens. What would be the time of a 1.6@2.1 with 512mg ddr2700 anyway?

BTW, How do I move my units over?

crap. I need my web site password. But the email on my seti team was the old @home for ATT. So I need to edit my email to attbi.com first then send myself my password so I can join.

Might be a few minutes if not more. I go home in 25 minutes..

I need to make a new account to get my password mailed to me so I can switch teams. It's looking a little hard thenI thought. It says I need to log in with a new account so I guess that means DLing seti and then i can get my old units and install my new email addy.

I'm afraid if you do not know your SETI PASSWORD ... your old account is pretty much dead. I have one idea for you ... check your PMs.
