I have problem with my Samsung SATA 400gb HDD

In Windows XP setup screen, it only shows 130gb of space of the HDD and the Windows XP Home upgrade disc I have is the old one that DID NOT come with Service pack 2. So I installed Windows XP on it anyway and installed Service pack 2, but I still don't see rest of the HDD space. Is this normal or did I miss something? Please help!
