Why not OEM? The case say it is OEM. It is fake?Well that's definitely not an OEM version as those come in a white paper sleeve. No clue on whether it's legit or not.
Itseems so, the disc image is genuine. Whether your license key is OEM or counterfeit is a different matter; checksums only verify the media, not the legitimacy of your activation key.My checksums are genuine?
The result of my checksumsThere is no way to tell without access to Hungarian market MS part numbers and knowledge of Microsoft distribution in that market. The DVD looks legit, whether it is in the appropriate packaging or not is another matter (the DVD would most likely state "OEM" on it somewhere if OEM), but even that would require close up physical examination to be sure. What does it say on the Product COA?
There’s nothing inside the DVD that “marks” it as OEM vs Retail beyond the filename and metadata. The "COEM” designation just means it’s an OEM channel build intended for PC builders, not a technical difference in binaries. The OEM/Retail distinction only shows up in the product key and activation path, not the files.Where to be find that "oem state" on dvd? Where can i find it?
i have the disc, but i dont know where to find on the outside of dvdThere’s nothing inside the DVD that “marks” it as OEM vs Retail beyond the filename and metadata. My coa have "Oem software" markExcept in those cases where it states OEM on the physical media, which is usually the case. There are exceptions. I have OEM copies of Office 2010 and 2013 in 'hard' paper/cardboard envelope , and while they do not have "OEM" printed anywhere including on the COA, they do have the "for distribution only with a new PC" on the discs.

Yes. But now i have the retail iso file directly from microsoft. I burned to dvdAs the poster mentioned, it is usually a licensing issue only, not a binary difference in features or functionality.
