I have no self confidence

In about most things I do.

Work

Tests

Girls

I'm always wanting somebody to double check my work...

Basically I'll sum up my life in the next year or so.

Finishing college Dec 2007 with a bachelors in marketing from Indiana Univeristy.
As for girls, I think its just the town I'm in.
Work/Tests I tend to not be able to have the willpower/concentration to actually. School is up and down, I guess that's a part of life.

The only thing I have confidence in myself is pretty much exploring my outlooks. I guess the world is big and I'm just wondering what to do with it.

I will say this. I have become more just easy going and taken it one day at a time.

I'm sorta apathetic/wandering mood

To sum it up: I just don't have the desire to push myself to what I think would make me a different person. I often reflect and think of it as apathy.

Don't beat yourself up. Everyone has doubts. I dont know how old you are but you will come to realize that the people you think have it all together have the same kind of doubts that you do. Believe in yourself.

Hey, you think you have it bad? My IQ was tested by a professional psychologist and I only scored 90. I will forever be below average intelligence, but I can't let that stop me from trying to achieve my life's goals.

Not hardly. I have the same problem(s). I've read some self-help books, but they haven't helped me yet. Of course I gave up on some of them before finishing them. But don't give up, go to Barnes & Noble and browse the self-help section or look for reviews on Amazon. I think I'll do that too.

How would one double-check your work with girls?

I was wondering the same thing.

Regardless, I would also like to volunteer to double check these girls.

I watch Dr Phil alot...

maybe I get ideas, but I have a similar personality to Dr. Phil if that might explain my being

Geeze, don't do that man. Every time you watch something that reinforces your view of yourself the worse you trick yourself into becoming.

Self-confidence is birthright of your soul. There's a spark of the Divine in you. Let go feelings of inadequacy, unworthiness.

Be tolerant of your own mistakes as learning opportunities. The lessons you take in from your embarrassing failures are the ones that stick with you & help you improve the most. If you get it wrong you'll get it right next time.

As for girls, I think its just the town I'm in.
When you "broadcast" attitude of inadequacy, inferiority, unworthiness, that's reflected back to you in everything, you see that in every situation

Not town, is attitude flowing from you that affects what you magnetically attract into your life. True.
It has to do with something spiritually within you, not outer ?town.?

I completely agree with scott here. There's a wall that you need to push through; it's a block that you have implimented on yourself. The verse in my sig fits well here. I don't know how religious you are, friend, but God has a plan for you...He plans to give you hope. You must receive it. Best of luck to you. Keep me posted.
