My first stuck pixel was on my Sony's PSP which is near dead in the center. My second LCD purchase was on a Hyundai L90D+. I'm plagued with stuck pixels! I tried the video to fix for eight hours after work, I got home and its still there. I'm probably going to RMA it soon if it doesn't go away. BTW on my psp its stuck white and on my L90D+ it stuck blue.

sorry man. Not much else I can say. Some people get lucky (never had 1 dead pixel in my life), and others don't.

EDIT: I've heard rubbing the spot in a circular motion will sometimes unstick the pixel, and also there are some things you can download that will help. I don't know too much maybe some other members will expand on this?

IIRC, stuck pixels are either blue, red, or yellow
dead pixels are black or white

so....your psp has a DEAD pixel not stuck pixel, while your hyundai has a stuck one.

I read about that too, I'll try it with my screwdriver. Actually my microfiber cloth sound better.

Actually the PSP is pretty well-known for having dead pixels. Just google for "dead pixels". I don't really like the term though, because many companies nowadays try to push the definition of "dead" as "dark-only" rather than both bright and dark (with bright ones being called "stuck pixels" instead), so they can handily say "those are stuck, not dead, and they don't count in our dead pixel policy" when it's the bright ones that are annoying. I prefer "sub-pixel defects" since that's what they really are (they happen on a sub-pixel basis) and companies can't weasel around with the term. Oh well.

Some dead pixels can be fixed by rubbing the area. I'd recommend putting a piece of paper over it before you try though (your fingertip is sufficient), so that you don't rub off whatever protective coating the LCD has. Or um yeah a microfiber cloth. A screwdriver is recommended only if your screen's protective coating is made of metal.
