I have left a negative for Silent Vixen on Heatware

If this is true, how does one have a negative removed without my consent? Since I have practically stopped trading here and have done most of my deals here locally on Craigslist, is Heatware still a viable indicator of fairness? Or is Heatware bias? Shouldn't all parties involved in this transaction be notified if something is removed?
