Is the tooth damaged or just sensitive? I use Sensodyne Whitening toothpaste because I have sensitive chompers. Also...a $3 thing of Orajel is like sex for hurting teeth.

Seems to. I normally can't use whitening toothpaste because it makes my teeth ache. This stuff doesn't have that effect and the whitener is really good. My only complaint is that the bottle always foams up at the tip and I have to rinse it off before each use.

I've read some whacko theories that teeth do regenerate, but the chemicals in toothpaste prevent them from doing so.
