And with the ridiculous amount of homework I am expecting, theres no way I can possibly join the forums in the evening.

Maybe he's going back to school. After I graduated from my alma mater, I went back and took biology courses at a CC just for the hell of it 3 years later while employed.
 
I guess I'll go ahead and fill some of you in, which is kinda surprising as I consider Shorty to be one of the more prolific posters. Take the following with a grain of salt as I'm going off memory.

I believe he's 30, +/- 2 years. Ex-navy, if I recall correctly he's even spent some time in Kosovo due to his squadron's commander's desire to look good for the brass. Currently attends NOVA and has ranted many times about the lack of motivation, work ethic, and maturity of his classmates. Grew up Minnesota, which no doubt causes him amusement and frustration as he watches as people in the DC metro area fumble when dealing with the smallest accumulations of snow.

And now he probably thinks I'm stalking him, but in truth this is what has stuck with me after seeing his posts for so long.

HAHA! College does suck. Finally finished it at age 35 so I could get a promotion. I started at age 20 after finishing basic training for the Army and just kind of attended a class here and there since then.

I just finished up 42 credit hours since last January while working full-time, raising a family, and serving as the commander of an Army Reserve company. Oh, those were nearly all upper level courses too. College is retarded and easy, much easier today than when I started. I didn't even walk for my graduation, it would be like getting a medal in the Special Olympics and not having a disability. Yes, it was that easy.
 
I had/will have college from 8–5, too, MTWR, with two 1-hour gaps in between classes. Sucked.
