As for the bread cutting deal: You can ask for whichever cut you want. The &quot;classic&quot; cut, also known as the &quot;U-Gouge,&quot; is the one where they cut a trench in the bread. The other cut, the &quot;Hinge Cut,&quot; is the one where they just cut straight through the bread, leaving a hinge. I find the U-Gouge preferable since it does a better job of containing an unholy amount of toppings. But, to each his own, you just have to ask for what you want!
