Fat police cant run very fast either.
It's not likely that your flat feet cause cramping, though if you run a lot it wouldn't hurt to have properly fitting shoes to avoid potential injuries or undue stresses on your feet.Originally posted by: preslove
Wait, I'm flat footed & have been trying to Jog (in addition to running and biking), and have had cramping issues in my legs. Should I spend the money & go to one of those running shoe places to get measured and get a recommended shoe? Could it be my flat feet?
