I have decided to sue Microsoft........wish me luck

I was making out my Christmas list so my wife would buy the proper items

She made me show her the Intellimouse wireless Explorer, while we were at Office Depot last night. Right about the time I showed it to her, I remembered why we got rid of the last Intellimouse Explorer we had and got the smaller white Intellimouse. See my wife is left handed, and if you have never seen a left handed person attempting to use an Intellimouse Explorer, you should, just for hearty laugh that ensues such an attempt.

So I have decided that Microsoft is discriminating agaist Mrs. Sluggo, by only offering the mouse I want in a model that is only suited for right-handed people. I plan to sue for $10,000,000, but will settle for a USB hub and 2 MS Itellimouse..........1 wireless Explorer, and 1 new white Intellimouse.

What do you think my chances are?

actually, if you get a good law firm, you might be able to put together a class action suit for all left handed people. there are quite a few of them you know.

Nobody NEEDS to use a mouse, in fact it would be far more efficient if everone just used the dang keyboard.
The bottom line is that southpaws are genetic misfits (eat that, homophobes!) and they have no place in our society.

I think they had that midrange model that was more features than the base intellimouse but not as ergonomic (for righties). It had at least two extra buttons (one on each side). See: This one

They might also have a special order left-handed model (I couldn't find one though), You should check before you contact any lawyers.

Thats the one I have (your link), I wish it was wireless.

If it is special order, I am going to sue Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy, CompUSA ands anyone else I can think of for discrimination for not carrying the left handed model. I may even sue Czar for insinuating that Mrs. Sluggo is a genetic misfit.
