Chili + Cheese = all you need. Chicago style dogs are tied with Chili with Beans in it on my list of things that shouldn't exist.

One time I went to this Dog place in LA and ordered a Chili Dog and it had fucking beans in the Chili. I almost went postal.

ketchup? WTF. Ketchup is an abomination on a hot dog, and you should be shot. Some places around here will not put it on a dog even if you ask, or will refuse to even sell you one. They get pissed at Gene & Jude's sometimes. OMG, Gene & Jude's frys rock too. Dammit, now I want to drive downtown.

Agreed. There is only 1 way to prepare a hot dog, and all who argue fail instantly. I don't know why they even bother.
