LOL, that's what the Cheif who traded Manhattan for $24 worth of beads said.

I'm pretty sure if the Chief kept the land it would be worth nothing. It is what it is now because the white man bought it.

Don't forget know the three rules of real estate.

1. Location

2. Location

Your first mistake was trolling. Your second mistake was in believing that any one particular party has your interests in mind, or that any one particular party has the market cornered on protecting wealth.

Don't be a fucking lemming. Use your head and an open heart to approach every issue separately and personally. The minute you sell out to any one particular party is the minute you give up your humanity and that which makes you valuable.

Are you a lemming? Do you have to identify with named groups in order to determine your own self worth? Is your mind your own?

More importantly, can you hook me up with a hot deal on some .308, .223, .40 S&W, or 9mm ball? I'll gladly buy in bulk if the prices are right.

Looks to me like you can easily compete with me on hollow points.

YO-YO 2012!

Both parties suck.

All they are doing is double teaming the country for their own jollies.

No CONGRESS SUCKS!

I'll agree on that, but it is filled with mostly Republicans and Democrats.

unless you live in a state with closed primaries, it really doesn't matter which party you're affiliated with.

I never understood how poor people can be Republican. I am sure they have their reasons (gun rights and religious motives). Most of the extremely rich people I know happen to be Republican, with the exception one. During one of my conversations with that person, he said he switched because for some reason he gained empathy towards the poor.

Ah, the old Dems are for the poor routine.

Detroit - Under Democratic control since 1962

What a success story.

So soon, my interests will change to protect it from the clutches of others.

To that end I need to know which of the two parties favors the wealthy. It sort of seems like it's got to be the Republicans, no?

Help me out with your advise.

The Moonbeams make stuff to sell and in particular ammunition, which is why you won't find me in any gun grabber threads supporting that idea. So here is what I see so far:

Republicans are strong on defense which makes me money.

Republicans are against choice which squirts out lots of targets to shoot at and lots of people to shoot.

Republicans favor tax policy for the rich to allow them to keep more of their money.

The right is against labor which costs, or soon will cost me a lot of money.

They are against social progress which keeps labor cheep, if you ask me.

The more I think about it, the more I wonder why I wasn't a Republican before.

Anyway, what other benefits do you see for me in switching?

What would Ghandi do?

He would probably find a way to marginalize the extremes. Maybe by suggesting that no one with a brain should affiliate with either side and band together and become aware and support one of their own for Congress and do that across the nation and bring it back to the people. If in the meantime we don't buy their salt will they shoot us?

Well, there you are moonbeam. Ghandi would also suggest that you let Ozoned keep your wealth in a safe place,,,,hidden from those extremes types.

You are empowered to define the design of your demise. Take your horde of wealth and bunker well amonst the noble neurotic. We the middle will not come for you. We know you will not stray far from your gold... you are leashed to your needs whereas we are free to pursue ours...

Correction: The one that takes the lobbyists briefcase full of money.

So..any corrupt asshole. ;)

So then you're admitting Democrats are corrupt assholes? See my link if you need further proof.

And moonbeam, start your own party, if you're rich enough, you can be the next H. Ross Porot.

You silly person...
A party is where you get drunk, pass out, then someone takes your wallet.
You have two major parties to pick from. All others haven?t figured out how to get you drunk...yet.

Adopt no affiliation, then get a big mattress and a gun. Stuff it (the mattress) then protect it.

Like Michael Moore said in his latest movie, the skill of the two parties is to get you to believe one day "you" will be the guy with the $$$. (something like that)
If you're middle class, you'll remain middle class. Then its downhill from there.
Just ask Ronnie Reagan. Ops.... you can't. He's dead.

Unless you can invent something useful (like the snuggie) better get the mattress.
BTW, snuggies come in various styles and colors now... Makes a great Christmas gift too.

I am not sure what comes first between the egg or chicken or being rich or being republican. I hope it's republican first, because I can do that pretty soon once I'm a citizen and it will in turn lead to richness. I'm willing to put Palin stickers on my car if it will do it.

This will not work.
