i guess i'll speak for landlords since my parents are for this place.

some tenants suck. a few owe my parents money...

that is all having to do with that...

and yes my parents are fair. in fact, we have not raised rent prices in a while. technically, we can raise prices at least a hundred for each apartment, except for the one occupied by a senior citizen. These are 2 to 3 bedroom apartments. of course with the mortgage, we lost $7000 last year when just discussing the house.

utilities prices this year hit us VERY hard... =( damn con ed. the winter heating prices are gonna kill us.
