I never understand shoe collectors. (1) No one ever cares what shoes you wear, it isn't like people ever look at them. (2) If I had the choice of nearly $10,000 or that pile, I'd clearly choose the $10,000 everytime. I could see spending that type of cash on things that people would notice and care about. But shoes?
