I have an old 166 Gateway, can I upgrade the CPU? AMD K series maybe?

Chipset... dont have a clue? How can I find out?

the proccessor is a Pentium 166.

the PS I think is a 200, but dont hold me to that?

To tell you the truth....you'd probably be better off gutting the
thing and getting a new case/motherboard/processor....
You can probably use your old floppy, harddrive, cables, maybe the
video card (if there is one)........Greg

I'm enjoying that Tom's Hardware read.
does anybody know any magazine sites where I can look up reviews stretching back to the mid 1990's at least? I want to read how they reacted to Pentium and stuff.
