I have an OEM p550 and a Abit BE6-II motherboard, can I overclock.

It seems so easy to overclock my p550 OEM in my ABIT BE6-2 motherboard, with the softmenu options.... should I? what is the fastest I should set it too.

Why not? Check the cpu database at overclockersthere you can see what other ocers did.

I tried overclocking to 700mhz, and it worked fine, but I got to get better memory, any suggestions for a Abit BE6-II.... I heard Mushin was awesome, but expensive.

i think the best memory for be6-2 is probably muskin rev2 pc133 or corsiar pc133 ive had corsiar when i was using the be6-2 it was awesome
