Its a three step interview process. Yesterday I took several tests for them. I was just called today and informed I do indeed get an interview.

Please give me any and all tips that you can.

I mainly have to work on when they ask me what my greatest accomplishments are, and perhaps what are my weakest areas that I could use work in.

I'm certain that most HR peoples know about this and consider it BS. This is what I keep hearing anyway.

If that was the case then they should stop asking the same dumb question.

When they ask you how you'd handle customers tell then you'd go by the book. Make sure you spend 30 minutes troubleshooting their computer when you know beyond a doubt it's their cable modem. :p

In all seriousness think about this and come up with some answers. Why would they want to hire you?
Build a rock solid argument and odds are the job is yours.
