i have a tv card with no drivers and i dont know its model and name

8 month ago my sister bought a seconde hande tv card in a very cheap price, but the problem is that we didnt got any drivers with it and we dont even know its name and model.
i only have a picture of it that i found on the net:

as u can see its live view. but i dont know its model. so how can i install it on the pc?
i inseted him yesterday to the pc and windows recognaized it, but didnt installed it.

Somewhere on the card there should be a FCC number. Do a Google search and you should find the mfg/model. Or try www.belarcadvisor.com, and let it analyse your computer. It may bring up the model number for you.

did a search in google and in the site u gave me but i found nothing. can u plz help with that?

PAL does not work in the states it is used in Asia, Africa, and Parts of Europe. This card would need to support NTSC to be of any use in the States.

He may be from a PAL country. These Drivers should support you card.

PAL: Phase Alternation Line video format
This card should work in your country (As long as you can find the drivers). My apologies for my mistaking your nationality.
