I have a question that is very likely to be really stupid

Is there a problem with some sort of cooling system / case configuration for PCs that would work similarly to a refrigerator or air conditioner? Would moisture be a problem?

It just seems like someone would have developed a tiny AC-like device that could blow cool air into your system when it needs to be cooled down rather than just moving the hot air out.

I'm probably a moron, but I don't really know that much about this sort of thing.

I thought of that 5 years ago.

A small, maybe 5 inches square, little ac unit that can lower temps maybe 10 degrees or so would really come in handy.

A roll of tubing, a handful of quick connects and putting the pump, resevoir, and radiator in the basement would be a kick-ass silent water cooling solution.
