I have a question relating to NES and PC(mainly NES)

Is it possible to play a NES on a LCD Computer Monitor(Keep in mind this is the front-loader NES).
 
yes its possible, you just need adapters unless your monitor has the proper jacks.

as to your 2nd question - WTF??????
 
LOL. Tvtuner would prolly be the easiest way to go. I may have one at home too if you look at buying one.
 
Doesn't work very well.

Most games play fine. But a few, like the Konami games, which rapidly flash the sprites on the screen, do not work very well. Like Contra or Life Force it can be where everything plays fine except your guy or your ship just doesn't show up on the screen at all.

And there's probably an adapter somewhere made by someone to hook up an original nes controller to a computer. I know back in college some students built such an adapter for a design class, so I'd think others have too and sell it. Never searched for it, though.

imo the best way to do classic gaming on a computer is with emulators and good gamepad controllers. with an emulator, you'll never have to worry about the cartridge getting broken, plus you have access to additional features like Save State, which lets you freeze the game at any point by saving the memory dump rather than just at save points. if you're into old-school gaming, RetroUSB carries some real nice gamepad-to-USB controllers:

You can also pick up USB adapters for your existing controllers on ebay. just remember that the games won't look quite as nice since the resolution is a lot higher on them than on a regular television set 🙂

Waaaay easy...5 diodes and a parallel port. The interface is the same for the SNES. I've done it a dozen times. That site has 9x only drivers. Google Psxpad for a better driver.

Also, if you can find an NES extension cable and chop that up, it might be even better, since you wouldn't destroy your old NES controller.
