I have a question for ATOT black people

How many of you use the "music" phone standby thing? I am assuming this is an ethnic thing because so far this year, about 90 % of the black people I call during the day have this and I never even knew it existed.

Please do not be presumptuous. 😉

I think what he means is when you call someone, before they pick up, instead of hearing the dialing noise you hear music.

Yes, precisely. Sorta like calling a business with a waiting tone but it's not a business, it's your personal phone. And instead of Muzak, it's rap/soul

wow so since the OP has only ten friends and those nine friends happen to be black as well as have standby music; it must be all blacks do?

This has nothing to do with my friends, just people I have to call while at work. I have to talk to lots of people each day, and it's just something I found unusual.
