I have 2 comps. one running xp and one runnin 2k. I have a linkseys router that connects two of them.. they are sitting right next to each other. I have one printer.. is there any way to share this printer???

Not sure how WinXP handles sharing with Win2k systems. It's a bit of a pain to share with a Win9x system.

Have you tried enabling file and printer sharing on the machine with the attached printer, and then going into the Printers configuration window and Sharing the printer? Both machines need to be in the same workgroup of course.

I've been trying to set up a home network between an xp machine and a 2k machine with xp's home networking wizard (which includes print sharing) and it says it will only work on 98, 98SE, ME, and XP. There may be abother way to do it, but i dont know what it is...any ideas?

Which computer is the printer installed on? If you want to contact me directly via AIM I will walk you through the steps to share the printer.
