I've read everything, sounds to me like he tried to cheat you, as is the general opinion here. You did it off of ebay so it shouldn't matter. I say screw him.....heh, though i don't mess with e-bayers, only ATers...

If he's taken this long to get back to you, I'd start assuming he's not going to. He was probably just looking for a quick buck and couldn't get it.
