hell, I had my fish for 4 freakin years now, and i can't get the bastard to croak. it's like someone gave me this fish to punish me or something, as he lives, and lives and lives, even with no food for weeks.

god i'm gonna miss that little bastard when he croaks, *sniff*

My betta is pretty happy in its 1 gallon tank I got at petsmart on clearance for $4.99. Has a undergravel filter.

btw, you can get another one for 75 cents at any good fish store.. hell get two and let em fight.. it'll be fun

Thats too bad, eakers! Can you get another one from SuperPet? They usually have a certain number of days you can return the fish if it dies...

Also, can you test the water levels? I find our city water isn't good for my fish and I treat it with water treatment. Fill a clean container, add the water conditioner, and let sit 24 hours. Change the water 4 times a week.

Thats a good looking Bumblebee Chiclid there - I have the same exact fish in my 33gal Chiclid tank. He's a mean old bast@rd though!
