I have a celeron 600 that I want to overclock...

What is the voltage needed to reach the 9x100fsb? Also would the golden orb heatsink be good enough to cool this baby. I only have the CPU so I am in need of a motherboard that is a good overclocker...any suggestions? Please and Thanks in advance...

The voltage varies from CPU to CPU. Set it to 1.75 and try it. You can then go up if it doesn't boot all the way or is unstable. Don't go higher than 1.95 without active (Peltier, water, etc.) cooling.

an unactive cooling system is just a heatsink
