I have a ASUS A7A266-E and some questions

Hi!

Does anyone know if there is anyway to bump the voltage for the memory on this motherboard when using SDRAM (not DDR)?
There is a jumper on the board for the DDR's but is there any way to increase the voltage if I'm using SDRAM?
Is it any way possible to increase the voltage for I/O aswell?

If you have a ALi Magik-based motherboard and using the latest drivers from Nvidia, make sure you enable the AGP!!! It increases the fps dramatically! Do it with RivaTuner or some other software.

One more Q:
And with this rig I get 7500+ in 3DMark2001SE, is that good for this combo?

It's hard to compare with similar systems when I dont know if they're using DDR or SDR.

There doesn't seem to be any SDR DIMM voltage increase (or VIO adjustments for that matter).

Your scores look good to me.

I've got an Athlon XP 1800+, GeForce 3 Ti 500 and 256MB of DDR SDRAM. All untweaked/overclocked, but I do have AGP enabled.

8025 3d2001 marks.

One more question 'bout the motherboard.

How do I reset the BIOS (clear CMOS)?
Can't find anything in the manual...
The only way I've managed to "reset" is to turn the power off and remove the battery, should not have to do that do I?

That's one way of doing it.

The correct way is to pull the mains, and then short the two CLRTC solder pads. Use a flathead screwdriver.

Where did you buy this motherboard? I've been looking everywhere but no one has it (they only have the original A7A266 -- not the E version).

I bought it on the Internet here in Sweden where I live.
It's very easy to get it over here, and very cheap also...
