I have 3 pounds of ground beef in the fridge.

oLLie, I don't think that the Girl So Hot would appreciate being mixed with all 3 pounds of my meat.

I think the spaghetti wins!

If this "girl so hot" is at least "girl remotely smart" she'd know not to sneeze at a guy who's packing 3 lbs. of meat. 😉

Brown 1 pound ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green peppers
small can of chopped olives
(3) 8oz cans of tomato sauce
(1) 8 oz can of el pato (mexican tomato sauce)

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl.

Take corn tortillas, cover bottom of dish. spread the above mixture, and top with a little cheese. Keep layering it like this until your oven-safe dish is full. Cover with foil, and cook for 30 min @ 350 degrees.

Top with sour cream if you like it.

For a hotter version, replace one can of tomato sauce with another can of mexican tomato sauce.
Cheap, quick, easy, and good!

NIIICE 🙂

Tacos! I'm making some now!

Or you could make my favorite - Hamburger What-The-Phuc:

2 #'s ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 box of medium size pasta shells
1 large can of whole or diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce
A bunch of Italian Seasoning

Boil your pasta shells then drain. (Do this first so they have time to dry out a little after cooking)
Brown your ground cow with the onions. Drain the fat. Add the tomatoes (if using whole, squish them between your fingers when adding), tomato sauce, italian seasoning, salt/pepper to taste. Add a can of water. Cook for about 15 minutes. Add the cooked pasta. (since it dried a little, it will suck up the excess juice)
Put in a bowl. Top with a slice of wax cheese. (american cheese slice)

Chow down. Yummm 🙂

<< vi, do you go hunting? >>

I'm guessing he did... unless a miniature deer that weighs only 25 lbs. jumped into his freezer.... :Q
