If you mean process size, 4004 lists as 10 micron which is 0.01 mm.
If you meant 200nm, that would be pentium 2 or pentium 3 era, but those were 250nm, 180nm, or 130nm.

If you mean wafer size, your wafers are broken since intel primarily uses 300mm wafers.

They do now. They used to have 6-in and 8-in/200mm facilities I think? Their first 300mm fab came online something like 20 years ago.

yeah, they had some 200mm. Apparently fab10 -> fab24 and fab14 closed though, so they haven't made any 200mm since
~2009.

I think that the Fab that made DEC Alpha chips in Hudson, is a 200mm fab. Intel bought it, used it briefly, and had to contractually produce Alpha chips on it part of the time for Compaq (they bought DEC) then closed it down (?).
