i have 200+ songs to burn....for someone else???!?!? wtf.... My mom told her friend how i burn cds for her everyonce in a while, so her friend gives me an 8 page list of songs...jeeze!!! some people just dont know when ta quit...

grrr my parents do that do......
i had to make about 30 audio cds once in one night for someone....
maybe it was lack of motivation or something but i only did like 3 🙂
 
Oh yeah, and the worst part is finding the songs, they are Indian songs, which are gonna be hard to find and for starters i have like 3 of them....thats soo gay!!!

lol. I had the same problem so I went out and bought my mom a Sony micro stereo system and a few cds. Shes happy 😀

I have a few Indian (Hindi) cds:

Lata Mangeshkar
Md. Rafi
Mukesh

If you want a specific song I will be happy to rip and upload them for you. It is surprising how many Indian (Hindi and other languages) are listed on Audiogalaxy. If you absolutely can't get out of it then this would be the place to start searching. GL.
 
Just tell your mom to not go around offering your services. If it's just a few songs then it's okay to do as a favor to somebody... however when they ask for 200 songs, that's a little over the top... just refuse to do it. Stand up for your own principles =)
 
my friend once game me a 20 page list of audio songs to burn...damn that took forever. but the good thing is that he bought all the cds, so i didn't have to pay for them
 
Its my aunt, i cant say no, if it was a friend of myne id say screw u....my mom was like, oh and when ur done , burn me a copy of all the cds too...i have a feeling my other relatives will want in on this too.... Oh well first thing tommorow ill teach my mom to use audiogalaxy 😉
 
i esp hated it when my parents told their friends i fixed comps.. everyone would bug me about it and since they were my parents good friends i couldn't charge them. now i just tell everyone to buy dells. screw it.
 
I'm just finishing off burning the 25th CD for a friend who is going back to US in a few days... As usual I have only 5 days to finish the full job... after putting it off for 2 months :| Can't complain much tho' 'cuz he got me a huge load of stuff from there when he came here 🙂 Black Sabbath DVD included :-D

lol, so true.. I have a list somewhere that I have to burn for someone also
 
build computer, fix computers, fix computers after idiots install w2k on compaq, reinstall w98 for idiots. It goes on and on, family friends and relative suck
 
i HATE having to search for songs (not very common songs I would add), and editing them to fit on a cd (they are live mixes, 120+ minutes usually) and burning it. this guy i know gives me a list for like 7 cd's at a time. annoying as hell. i told him i won't do that anymore though.
