Everyone in the OT section is so polite. "Excercise you fat fvck".

Most forums I visit would have you banned for that kind of stupid shiat.

what are we supposed to do...tell him he is beautiful and special...
He is whining about getting fat from eating junkfood and sitting around.Do we need to call in the CDC?

Will you at least tell me that I'm beautiful and special?

You know you are baby...I know sometimes I dont tell you.But I really do love you.

I reckon it depends on the person. Some find it better exercising before work, some after. I myself tried it before work a few times and found it more tiring getting up at 6 am, exercising an hour and feeling like crap all day. On the other hand, if I exercise after work where I'm only likely to be mentally tired I can do 1 hour easy and I sleep like a baby at night. Few people I go with say the same thing.

Good point, that exercise helps you sleep well, for sure. Before work, after work, or if you can manage it at lunch!. My next to last full time job we shared the parking lot with a Gold's Gym. They offered us a deal where they'd extend free memberships if we'd let them use our spaces in the lot at night. I got to work out at lunch for free, and I worked out for free in one of their gyms in my home town on the weekends. Or, you could find a gym near your office and work out at lunch if you're quick or your situation is adequately flexible to accommodate it. Grab a bite after your workout.

Eat and be happy.

Aw, geez, I just saw Se7en (1st time) the other night and the first guy to get it was the glutton.

Don't worry, be happy. It's a cool slogan if you can get away with it. Myself, I need discipline if things are gonna work out. That includes control of my appetites. When I get into a diet I like it. Sometimes I've had to get over a hump to get there, but it's worth it.
